Kajian ini berbentukpendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes. Kaedah pengumpulan data kajianmenggunakan protokol temu bual separa struktur dan pemerhatian. Seramai 13 peserta terdiri daripadapengamal di agensi jabatan agama negeri dan klien yang terlibat dalam sesi kaunseling. Datakajian dipungut daripada tiga pemerhatian sesi kaunseling. Data dianalisis menggunakanModel 3C Licthman yang melibatkan proses pengekodan, pengkategorian dan pembentukan konsep.Analisis data menjelaskan aplikasi elemen Maqasid Shariah yang terdiri daripada dharuriyyat,hajiyyat dan tahsiniyyat adalah merupakan kaedah yang menentukan tahap-tahap keperluan supaya keputusan yang dibuat adalah memelihara aspek utama khidupan iaitu agama,nyawa, akal, keturunan dan harta untuk menghasilkan kesejahteraan hidup secara holistik. Kajian juga mendapati perlaksanaan aplikasi elemen Maqasid Shariah ini dilakukan mengikut gayamodaliti kaunseling individu dan kaunseling keluarga yang melibatkan aktiviti menilai sesuatu keputusan berdasarkan pemeliharaan aspek utama kehidupan klien. Namun, antarapenghalang keberkesanan pendekatan ini adalah aspek kompetensi pengamal, faktor penghayatanagama serta latar belakang silang budaya pengamal dan klien. Kajian ini memberikan implikasidalam aspek perlaksanaan dan amalan proses membuat keputusan dalam menyelesaikan sesuatu isu bagi kaunseling keluarga danperkahwinan Islam. |
