Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Model PersamaanStruktur. Dapatan kajian menunjukkkan ketiga-tiga konstruk berada pada tahap yangtinggi. Kesan antara kesemua pemboleh ubah yang dikaji menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dimana (a) kesan amalan penyeliaan pengajaran terhadap penyeliaan berkesanmemberikan nilai standardized beta W=.77, p
