Haiwan lain yang terdapat dalam peribahasa kedua duabahasa agak kurang popular dan tidak dapat dibuat perbandingan dalam kajian ini. Teori metaforakonseptual telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam kajian ini. Data dianalisisberdasarkan unsur silang budaya antara bahasa Melayu dan bahasa Uzbek. Kajian inimendapati terdapat perbezaan dalam perkonsepsian metafora haiwan dalam peribahasa Melayu danUzbek kerana latar belakang budaya yang berbeza. Namun dalam perkonsepsian metafora yang menentukankeagamaan terdapat persamaan dalam tandangan terhadap haiwan yang digunakan dalam kedua-duakelompok peribahasa Melayu dan Uzbek. Kesimpulannya, kajian perbandingan dalam metafora Melayu dan Uzbek memperlihatkan kepelbagaian dalam penggunaan unsur haiwandalam peribahasa kedua-dua bahasa ini. Implikasinya, satu model kajian perbandingan bagimengkaji metafora konseptual antara pelbagai bahasa telah dihasilkan dan dapat dijadikanpanduan untuk kajian masa akan datang.
