Dapatan kajianmenunjukkan, tiga komponen kecergasan fizikal berasaskan kesihatan iaitu daya tahankardiovaskular, kekuatan otot dan komposisi tubuh badan; tiga komponen kecergasanfizikal berasaskan sukan iaitu kuasa, kepantasan, masa reaksi; dan dua komponenantropometri iaitu ketinggian berdiri dan berat badan; menyumbang kepada pengukurandalam skor lari pecut 100 meter. Kesimpulannya, kajian menunjukkan bahawa lapandaripada 15 peramal bakat dalam lari pecut 100 meter iaitu daya tahan kardiovaskular,kekuatan otot, komposisi tubuh badan, kuasa, kepantasan, masa reaksi, ketinggian berdiridan berat badan merupakan peramal bagi prestasi lari pecut 100 meter dalam kalanganmurid lelaki berumur 13 tahun. Kajian ini juga mencadangkan bahawa kelapan-lapanpemboleh ubah tersebut boleh digunakan sebagai bateri ujian untuk mengenal pasti bakatpelari pecut 100 meter khusus kepada murid lelaki berumur 13 tahun.
