Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa guru besar mengamalkan gaya kepemimpinan situasi dalam mengurus dengan mengamalkan gaya membimbing( 34.15% ), diikuti dengan gaya menyokong ( 33.72% ), mengarah ( 20.55% ) danmendelegasi ( 11.58% ). Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan wujud pengaruh yang signifikanantara gaya kepemimpinan situasi guru besar dan komitmen organisasi dengan nilai korelasiyang positif iaitu r =0.336 dan nilai koefisien determinasi r= 0.113. Kesimpulannya guru besar sekolahberupaya untuk mempelbagaikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka dalam konteks kajian ini. Kemahiranmenganalisis perlu dikuasai oleh guru besar supaya mengenali setiap potensi sertakebolehan guru-gurunya. Implikasi kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberi sumbangan ilmu yangbermakna kepada dasar Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia, program latihanserta kursus yang disediakan untuk guru besar.
