Dalam fasa kedua pulamenggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi (FDM) bagi pengesahan elemen kemahiran hijau.Seterusnya kajian tinjauan yang menggunakan dua jenis persampelan iaitu rawakberstrata dan rawak mudah bagi pemilihan sampel mengikut zon. Seramai 446 dari5181 orang pelajar tingkatan empat yang mengambil mata pelajar Reka Cipta di seluruhSemenanjung Malaysia telah dipilih sebagai sampel kajian. Analisis SmartPLSversion3.0 telah digunakan untuk melihat hubungan di antara sikap, pengetahuan dan nilaidengan Kemahiran Hijau dan akhir sekali adalah pengesahan dan pembangunan modelKemahiran Hijau. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan model Kemahiran Hijau terdiridaripada sepuluh elemen yang perlu ada dalam diri pelajar iaitu (i) kesedaran alamsekitar (ii) amalan hijau; (iii) kemahiran pembelajaran; (iv) pembangunan kerjaya; (v)kemahiran STEM; (vi) kemahiran keusahawanan; (vii) kemahiran komunikasi; (viii)kemahiran interpersonal; (ix) kemahiran pengurusan kendiri dan (x) kemahiran intelek.Kajian ini juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan di antara sikap dannilai dengan Kemahiran Hij au di mana nilai empirikal t adalah lebih besar daripadanilai kritikal (/3=0.225, (=4.764, p
