Analisis ANOVA sehala menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaanyang signifikan antara faktor umur terhadap organisasi pembelajaran: F (3, 370) =.915, p = .434. Analisis MANOVA faktorial 3x2 menunjukkan terdapat kesan utamagred perkhidmatan [F(3, 960) = 1.937, p = .027
