Ketiga-tiga instrumen tersebut telah disahkanoleh tujuh orang pakar dan nilai kebolehpercayaan untuk PERMA ialah =0.91, JSS ialah =0.85 danSTRS ialah =0.73. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferens iaitu peratus,sisihan piawai dan korelasi Pearson. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap kesejahteraanpsikologi adalah sederhana (M=6.97, SP=0.99) dalam skala 0 hingga 10. Tahap kepuasan kerjaadalah mereka berpuas hati (M=4.16, SP=0.48) dalam skala 1 hingga 6. Manakala tahap hubunganguru-murid adalah rendah (M=3.07, SP=0.26) dalam skala 1 hingga 5 dalam kalangan guruprasekolah.
