Sampelterdiri dari 45 ahli kelab bola tampar sekolah peringkat novis (N=45) berumur 15 dan16 tahun lelaki dan perempuan dibahagikan kepada tiga kumpulan iaitu bicara kendiriinstruksional, bicara kendiri motivasional dan kumpulan kawalan MST (n=15), IST (n=15 dan CG(n=15). Objektif kajian adalah bagi mengenalpasti adakah terdapat perbezaan signifikanantara kumpulan dari segi prestasi pencapaian skor result of performance dan result ofoutcome servis atas bola tampar dalam kalangan ahli kelab bola tampar di sebuahsekolah di Selangor. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah Borang Skor Result of Performance dan BorangSkor Result of Outcome. Hasil keputusan dianalisis menggunakan Faxtorial Mixed ANOVA bagi mengenalpasti adakah terdapat perbezaan pencapaian antara ketiga-tiga kumpulan.Keputusan perbandingan antara ujian pra dengan pasca bagi pencapaian Result of Performancemenunjukkan perbezaan yang signifikan bagi semua kumpulan F(1,84) = 177.49, p = .000 (p <.05).Begitu juga Result of Outcome F(1,84) = 11.65, p = .001 (p <.05). Manakala keputusan Perbandinganantara kumpulan bagi Result Of Performance menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yangsignifikan antara kumpulan F(2,84) = 1.89, p = .158 (p >.05). Begitu juga Result of OutcomeF(2,84)= 1.63, p = .203 (p > .05). Ini menunjukkan bahawa bicara kendiri tidakmempengaruhi prestasi pencapaian skor Result of Performance dan Result ofOutcome. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan signifikan prestasi pencapaianservis atas bola tampar antara ketiga-tiga kumpulan bagi kedua-dua jenis skor yang diukur. Hasilkajian menunjukkan bahawa bicara kendiri motivasional dan instruksional tidak mempengaruhiprestasi pencapaian servis atas bola tampar bagi kumpulan sampel yang terpilih. Adalahdicadangkan intervensi bicara kendiri dikaji pada kemahiran dan sukan yang sama tetapi padasampel yang mempunyai tahapkemahiran yang lebih tinggi. |
