Sehubungan itu, pendekatan penyelidikan rekabentuk dan pembangunan dipilih untukmembangunkan model yang melibatkan tiga fasa dan setiap fasa menggunakan kaedah yang berbeza. Fasaanalisis keperluan menggunakan kaedah temu bual berstruktur melibatkan enam responden dalamkalangan guru prasekolah. Seterusnya fasa rekabentuk dan pembangunan menggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi melibatkan kesepakatan 12 pakar untuk membangunkan model prototaip. Manakala fasa penilaian kebolehgunaan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan yang melibatkan 30 responden dalam kalangan pengguna model menilai kebolehgunaan modelprototaip yang telah dibangunkan. Dapatan temu bual yang dianalisis mengikut tema menunjukkankesemua responden memerlukan satu panduan atau model mengurus bilik darjah prasekolah. Hasil kesepakatan pakar kaedah Fuzzy Delphi, kesemua item model diterima keranamemperolehi peratus kesepakatan pakar melebihi 75 peratus dan memperolehi skor fuzzymelebihi -cut = 0.5. Hasil kesepakatan pakar telah menghasilkan satu model prototaip pengurusanbilik darjah prasekolah. Seterusnya, dapatan tinjauan penilaian kebolehgunaan model prototaipmendapati peratus penilaian kesemua elemen melebihi 70 peratus dan model yang dibangunkanadalah sesuai digunakan. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan dan kaedah yang digunakan telah dapatmenghasilkan Model Empat Dimensi Pengurusan Bilik Darjah Prasekolah Berasaskan PendidikanAbad Ke 21. Model ini sesuai digunakan oleh guru prasekolah sebagai model panduan untukmenguruskan bilik darjah prasekolah dengan lebih berkesan. Implikasi kajian ini dapat meningkatkantahap profesionalisme guru terhadap pengurusan bilik darjah prasekolahberasaskan Pendidikan Abad ke 21.
