Kaedah pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis dokumen, temu bual, dan</p><p>juga pemerhatian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kandungan</p><p>berdasarkan Rubrik Penguasaan Apresiasi Seni. Rubrik ini menjadi alat untuk menilai</p><p>penguasaan apresiasi seni kesemua partisipan. Data dianalisis dengan meneliti tema,</p><p>subtema dan soalan kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan guru PSV di sekolah menengah</p><p>mencapai beberapa tahap penguasaan apresiasi seni yang meliputi menguasai dengan</p><p>baik, kurang menguasai dan tidak menguasai apresiasi seni. Selain itu kajian ini dapat</p><p>melihat pengajaran apresiasi seni yang tidak konsisten antara partisipan kajian</p><p>disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti kekurangan berpengetahuan tentang apresiasi</p><p>seni, kesuntukan masa untuk menghabiskan organisasi kandungan pengajaran dan lebih</p><p>berfokus kepada penghasilan karya. Guru PSV sekolah menengah menggunakan</p><p>pelbagai kaedah seperti memberi penerangan, tunjuk contoh, menyoal, bercerita,</p><p>perbincangan dan pembentangan sebagai pendekatan pengajaran dalam menyampaikan</p><p>ilmu apresiasi kepada pelajar mereka. Walau bagaimanapun, kualiti pengajaran</p><p>apresiasi seni dalam kalangan guru PSV masih boleh dipertingkatkan demi memberikan</p><p>keberkesanan yang maksimum dalam pengajaran mereka. Kajian ini juga mendapati</p><p>bahawa tahap kesedaran tentang kepentingan pengajaran apresiasi seni dalam kalangan</p><p>partisipan masih lemah. Diharapkan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia dan agensi</p><p>pelaksana mengambil perhatian dengan mendedahkan kepentingan apresiasi seni</p><p>kepada guru-guru melalui penyediaan pelbagai bentuk latihan dari semasa ke semasa.</p><p></p><p>Kata kunci: Apresiasi Seni, Pendidikan Seni Visual, Rubrik Penguasaan Apresiasi Seni</p>
