Pakar-pakar tersebut juga telah mengesahkan</p><p>lapan sub konstruk bagi dua konstruk utama iaitu keseimbangan hidup dan kepuasan kerjaya dalam</p><p>pengekalan kerjaya bagi jurutera awam wanita. Persampelan rawak berstrata telah digunakan dalam</p><p>kajian ini. Instrumen baharu telah dibangunkan dengan lapan sub konstruk dan 68 item serta</p><p>diedarkan kepada responden dalam kalangan jurutara awam wanita yang telah berkeluarga untuk melihat</p><p>faktor yang menyumbangkan para jurutera awan ini untuk terus kekal bekerja dalam tempoh panjang.</p><p>Data empirikal yang dipungut dianalisis dengan statistic infrens iaitu PLS-SEM untuk membentuk</p><p>model pengukuran. Rumusan daripada pengesahan pakar Delphi menunjukkan konstruk keseimbangan hidup</p><p>mempunyai empat sub konstrak penting iaitu kerjaya fleksibel (M= 4.89; SP= 0.90; = 0.90),</p><p>penjagaan anak (M= 4.06; SP= 1.27; = 0.86), cuti (M= 4.78; SP= 0.82; = 0.66), dan</p><p>sokongan sosial (M= 4.45; SP= 0.77; = 0.60). Manakala bagi konstruk kepuasan kerjaya pula turut</p><p>mempunyai empat sub konstruk penting iaitu, mentor (M= 4.68; SP= 0.95; = 0.61), hubungan rakan</p><p>sekerja (M= 4.88; SP= 0.93; = 0.56), kesamarataan jantina (M=</p><p>4.65; SP= 1.00; = 0.55), dan gaji (M= 4.60; SP= 0.90; = 0.43). Pusingan ketiga pembangunan model</p><p>pengukuran menunjukkan bahawa hanya 62 item daripada 68 item bagi kedua-dua konstruk keseimbangan</p><p>hidup (= 0.97; p= 0.00<0.05) dan kepuasan kerjaya (= -0.13; p= 0.00<0.05) yang diterima dalam</p><p>model tersebut. Kesimpulannya, dapatan utama kajian mendapati model ini dapat mengukur</p><p>faktor-faktor bagi pengekalan kerjaya. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keseimbangan</p><p>hidup jurutera wanita untuk terus kekal bekerja adalah kerjaya fleksibel, penjagaan anak, dan cuti.</p><p>Manakala faktor dominan bagi kepuasan kerjaya pula adalah mentor, hubungan rakan sekerja, dan</p><p>kesamarataan jantina. Implikasinya, model ini dapat gunakan untuk menentukan keseimbangan</p><p>optimal bagi bakal jurutera wanita yang akan berkhidmat di sektor awam</p><p>atau swasta seiring dengan corak kerjaya abad kini.</p><p></p>
