<p>Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh pengurusan strategik, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pensyarah di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah, Indonesia. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kajian tinjauan menggunakan soal selidik sebagai instrumen kajian. Responden yang dipilih terdiri daripada 386 pensyarah di 12 Penguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak berstrata Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa pengurusan strategik (=0.141, p0.05), komitmen organisasi (=0.152, p0.05). dan budaya organisasi (=0.281, p0.05) memberi kesan signifikan serta mempunyai hubungan positif dan memberi pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pensyarah. Implikasi utama dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa pengurusan strategik, komitmen organisasi dan budaya kerja yang baik berperanan untuk membuat pekerja sedar akan misi dan matlamat organisasi dan sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi pekerja dan keberkesanan organisasi. Sebagai kesimpulan, kajian ini mendapati bahawa dengan pengurusan strategik, komitmen organisasi dan budaya kerja yang baik akan memberi kesan kepada prestasi kerja kearah yang lebih cemerlang.</p> |
