Bagi tujuan itu, dua ujian tambahan dilaksanakan</p><p>selain ujian pra dan ujian pasca. Ujian tersebut adalah ujian minggu ke-2 dan ujian minggu ke-4.</p><p>Kajian ini dijalankan di sebuah sekolah sukan negeri di Melaka iaitu Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan</p><p>Seri Kota. Subjek kajian (n = 33) terdiri daripada pemain bola sepak berusia 13 dan 14 tahun.</p><p>Subjek dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan, kumpulan eksperimental (n = 17) mengikuti program latihan</p><p>pliometrik dan kumpulan kawalan (n = 16) menjalani latihan seperti biasa tetapi tidak melibatkan</p><p>latihan pliometrik. Kaedah penyelidikan eksperimental telah digunakan dalam kajian ini bagi</p><p>mendapatkan data melalui dua item ujian iaitu; Ujian Lompat Menegak untuk mengukur kuasa kaki dan</p><p>Ujian Lari Pecut 30 meter untuk mengukur kepantasan kaki. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara</p><p>berkomputer menggunakan Program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Ujian-t Sampel</p><p>Berpasangan dan Ujian Anova-Sehala Bagi Pengukuran Berulang digunakan untuk membandingkan min dan</p><p>sisihan piawai bagi menjawab hipotesis pertama, kedua, ketiga, keempat kelima dan keenam dalam</p><p>kajian ini. Skor min ujian lompat menegak pada ujian pra (M = 42.71, SD</p><p>= 5.61) dibandingkan dengan skor min ujian minggu ke-2 (M = 45.06, SD = 5.62), ujian minggu ke-4 (M</p><p>= 49.06, SD = 5.44) dan ujian pasca (M = 51.06, SD = 5.62). Begitu juga dengan skor min ujian lari</p><p>pecut 30 meter pada ujian pra (M = 5.58, SD = 0.41) juga dibandingkan dengan skor min ujian minggu</p><p>ke-2 (M = 5.45, SD = 0.40), ujian minggu ke-4 (M = 5.22, SD = 0.40) dan ujian pasca (M = 5.01, SD =</p><p>0.38). Selain tu Ujian-t Sampel Tidak Bersandar digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis kajian ketujuh</p><p>dan kelapan bagi tujuan membandingkan skor min ujian lompat menegak antara kumpulan</p><p>ekperimental (M = 51.06, SD = 5.62) dan kumpulan kawalan (M = 43.38, SD = 5.48). Perbandingan skor</p><p>min ujian lari pecut 30 meter juga dilakukan antara kumpulan eksperimental (M = 5.01, SD = 0.38)</p><p>dan kumpulan kawalan (M = 5.64, SD = 0.38). Hasil dari analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan</p><p>bahawa terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara ujian pra dengan ujian minggu ke-2, ujian minggu</p><p>ke-4 dan ujian pasca dalam kedua-dua item ujian. Perbezaan signifikan juga terdapat antara kumpulan</p><p>eksperimental dan kumpulan kawalan bagi kedua-dua item ujian. Oleh yang demikian pengkaji mendapati</p><p>bahawa latihan pliometrik selama enam minggu dilihat dapat memberikan kesan yang signifikan</p><p>terhadap penghasilan kuasa dan tasan kaki</p><p>dalam kalangan pemain bola sepak berusia 13 dan 14 tahun di Melaka.</p><p></p> |
