Subfasa reka bentuk</p><p>komponen dan elemen meliputi lapan langkah kajian literatur. Subfasa pembangunan</p><p>model pula bermula dengan perbengkelan Nominal Group Technique (NGT) yang</p><p>melibatkan sekumpulan sembilan orang pakar bagi pengesahan reka bentuk komponen dan</p><p>elemen serta analisis turutan (keutamaan) elemen dalam setiap komponen. Kemudian</p><p>model pelaksanaan dibangunkan menggunakan kaedah Interpretive Structural Modelling</p><p>(ISM) melalui undian kumpulan pakar yang sama dengan berbantukan perisian concept</p><p>star. Fasa III iaitu penilaian kebolehgunaan pula melibatkan seramai 45 orang</p><p>pakar/pensyarah Kolej Vokasional menggunakan kaedah Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM).</p><p>Dapatan keseluruhan fasa I menunjukkan majoriti pelajar dan pakar bersetuju bahawa</p><p>latihan kemahiran penyeliaan tapak binaan masih belum mencukupi dalam pembelajaran</p><p>Projek Tahun Akhir sedia ada serta terdapatnya keperluan membangunkan model kajian</p><p>ini. Dapatan fasa II pula telah menghasilkan model kajian yang terdiri daripada empat fasa,</p><p>enam komponen dan 35 elemen. Kemudian dapatan fasa III menunjukkan konsensus yang</p><p>tinggi dalam kalangan pakar/pensyarah terhadap kesesuaian model tersebut. Kajian ini</p><p>akhirnya menghasilkan satu model pelaksanaan Projek Tahun Akhir yang menerapkan</p><p>amalan industri sebagai persediaan kepada pelajar sebelum memasuki alam pekerjaan</p><p>sebagai penyelia tapak binaan. Implikasi kajian ini diharap dapat meningkatkan</p><p>kebolehpasaran pelajar melalui kesepadanan kurikulum dengan kehendak industri.</p>
