Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kaedah</p><p>persampelan rawak berstrata melibatkan 794 responden dalam kalangan guru Sekolah</p><p>Menengah Kebangsaan di Sarawak. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan kaedah SEM</p><p>AMOS. Model Kepimpinan Berpusatkan Pembelajaran pengetua mencapai kesepadanan</p><p>dengan nilai relatif x2 = 4.22, CFI = .95, TLI = .94 dan RMSEA = .06. Model Komuniti</p><p>Pembelajaran Profesional mencapai kesepadanan dengan nilai relatif x2= 2.75, CFI = .95,</p><p>TLI = .95 dan RMSEA = .05. Selain itu, model Efikasi Kendiri Guru mencapai</p><p>kesepadanan dengan nilai relatif x2 = 3.61, CFI = .99, TLI = .99 dan RMSEA = .06. Hasil</p><p>prosedur bootstrapping mendapati Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional merupakan</p><p>mediator penuh terhadap hubungan antara Kepimpinan Berpusatkan Pembelajaran</p><p>pengetua dan Efikasi Kendiri Guru dengan kesan tidak langsung yang signifikan ( = .40,</p><p>p < .001) dan kesan langsung yang tidak signifikan ( = -.08, p = .21). Kesimpulannya,</p><p>hasil kajian membawa implikasi bahawa pengetua yang mengamalkan Kepimpinan</p><p>Berpusatkan Pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan Efikasi Kendiri Guru secara berkesan</p><p>melalui usaha membudayakan Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional di sekolah. Selain</p><p>sebagai sumbangan literatur, kajian ini dapat dijadikan panduan oleh Pejabat Pendidikan</p><p>Daerah di Sarawak, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sarawak, Kementerian Pendidikan</p><p>Malaysia, Institut Aminuddin Baki dan Institut Pendidikan Guru dalam merancang kursus</p><p>dan latihan ke arah peningkatan profesionalisme pengetua dan guru dengan lebih berkesan.</p>
