Mereka tidak mempunyai kemahiran bermain rekoder menyebabkan</p><p>pengajaran dan pembelajaran rekoder tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Oleh itu,</p><p>penyelidik telah melaksanakan satu kajian kes menggunakan kaedah mentor menti</p><p>untuk membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi. Tiga orang guru sekolah rendah</p><p>di daerah Kanowit telah dipilih secara khusus dan telah dibimbing sehingga mereka</p><p>berupaya melaksanakan pengajaran rekoder ke tahap yang diharapkan. Kajian kes ini</p><p>telah melalui prosedur pemerhatian, temu bual dan dokumentasi yang kebanyakannya</p><p>dilakukan di lapangan. Data yang dianalisis telah dikategorikan mengikut tema yang</p><p>ditentukan dalam menjawab persoalan penyelidikan. Hasil kajian membuktikan</p><p>bahawa kaedah mentor menti dapat meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan keduadua</p><p>mentor dan menti. Ketiga-tiga menti didapati berjaya menguasai teknik</p><p>permainan rekoder yang diperlukan dan berupaya melaksanakan pengajaran dan</p><p>pembelajaran rekoder di sekolah rendah dengan yakin. Mereka berpendapat bahawa</p><p>prosedur mentor menti membolehkan mereka menguasai pengetahuan dan kemahiran</p><p>yang di perlukan malah berupaya mengeratkan perhubungan di antara menti dan</p><p>mentor. Di samping itu, ia turut membantu meningkatkan kemahiran penyelidik</p><p>melaksanakan kaedah mentor menti dengan lebih baik. Kajian ini hanya berfokus di</p><p>daerah Kanowit dengan tiga orang subjek kajian; Oleh itu, generalisasi adalah tidak</p><p>relevan, bagaimanapun, ia mungkin boleh membantu mereka yang menghadapi</p><p>fenomena yang sama.</p> |
