Kajian ini</p><p>menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kaedah deduktif. Sampel kajian terdiri</p><p>daripada 400 orang usahawan herba yang berdaftar pada Asosiasi Pengusaha Herbal</p><p>Indonesia (APHI) yang dipilih menggunakan kaedah pensampelan rawak mudah.</p><p>Data dikumpul menggunakan borang soal selidik dan dianalisis menggunakan</p><p>Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tujuh</p><p>daripada 14 hipotesis yang diuji adalah disokong. Secara spesifiknya, budaya pasaran</p><p>merupakan satu-satunya faktor budaya yang mempengaruhi TQM secara signifikan</p><p>dan positif (=0.266, p<0.001). Budaya adhokratik (=0.235, p<0.001) dan pasaran</p><p>(=0.638, p<0.001) merupakan faktor budaya yang signifikan mempengaruhi</p><p>orientasi keusahawanan secara positif. Dapatan kajian seterusnya menunjukkan</p><p>bahawa budaya klan (=0.269, p<0.001), TQM (=0.121, p<0.05) dan orientasi</p><p>keusahawanan (=0.406, p<0.001) merupakan mempengaruhi prestasi organisasi</p><p>secara signifikan dan positif, manakala budaya pasaran mempengaruhi prestasi</p><p>organisasi secara signifikan dan negatif. Kesimpulannya, prestasi perusahaan boleh</p><p>ditingkatkan melalui budaya klan, Pengurusan Kualiti Menyeluruh (TQM) dan</p><p>orientasi keusahawanan, amalan Pengurusan Kualiti Menyeluruh (TQM) berupaya</p><p>ditingkatkan melalui budaya pasaran dan orientasi keusahawanan berupaya</p><p>ditingkatkan melalui budaya adhokratik dan pasaran. Implikasinya, bagi</p><p>meningkatkan prestasi perusahaan herba, budaya organisasi, terutamanya budaya</p><p>klan, TQM dan orientasi keusahawanan perlu diamalkan secara intensif.</p>
