Summary:The purpose of this research is to study about the relationship of learning styles, study skills and Bahasa Malaysia achievement among form four students in eleven secondary schools in Perak, Selangor and Federal Teritory .The schools are SMK Dato'Abdul Rahman Yaakub, Bota, Perak, Sekolah Sains Sukan Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, SMK Layang-layang Kiri, Parit, Perak, SMK Raja Perempuan Kelsom, Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Kolej Melayu Kuala Kangsar, Perak, SM Teknik Ipoh, Perak, SM Sains Kuala Selangor, Selangor, SMK Ambrose, Ayer Tawar, Perak, SMKA Sultan Azlan Shah, Bota, Perak, SMKA Raja Nazrin Shah, Kg Gajah, Perak and MRSM Pasir Salak, Perak; then categorize them into seven different types of school that is Sekolah Menengah Harian, Sekolah Rancangan Khas, Sekolah Berasrama Penuh, Sekolah Menengah Teknik, Sekolah Menengah Agama, Sekolah Sains Sukan and MRSM. The respondents comprised of 164 male and 164 female students. The study employed survey method with a set of questionaire measuring on learning styles, study skills and bahasa Malaysia achievement among form four student's. The data are process by using SPSS Windows Version 11.0. To analyse the data, descriptive statistic, Pearson Correlation and Pearson Chi Square were applied. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient for the instrument is 0.8511. The physical stimulus is the dominant stimulus among the Dunn and Dunn learning styles. The study skills are practiced by the students. The relationship between learning styles and study skills with Bahasa Malaysia achievement is significant but at the lowest level (r = -0.150, p
