The Impact Of Service Quality On Student's Satisfaction In Higher Education Institutions In Malaysia

This study adresses measuring the level of student's satisfaction in private universities in Malaysia using SERVQUAL instrument. The level of student's satisfaction is evaluated based on the gap found between their perceptions and expectations towards five dimensions of service quality.
