Summary: | The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that are effective in making positive image for customers such as price,fare,service quality and booking method) and also the the perception of customers. Improving of safety has the greatest effect,and this is followed by decreasing of fare and price which has a significant effect on customer perception. |
