| 總結: | This study is about the challenges of German Diction in singing and to investigate students understanding of the pronunciation of German consonants and vowels in pieces among students vocal Faculty of Music, UiTM. This study involved voice students Faculty of Music, UiTM Shah Alam and focus on semester 3 to semester 7 students in degree Music Education (MU220) program. Data collection was conducted qualitatively using interviews. The findings show students had their own perception about the difficulties in German diction such as difficulty in pronunciations and vowel. Besides, students cannot pronounce the German text correctly because of the German umlaut's vowel and consonants. |
