| الملخص: | This study attempts to highlight the importance of having metadata in electronic records system and ensure the reliability of the metadata as evidence. The managing of the electronic record keeping will tell whether there is mishandling of data, if there is improper metadata. Today, a lot of issue where data that generated from computer can easily being manipulated. Any person can releases data if there is improper security. Preventing, detecting, investigating and prosecuting the computer crimes must become a priority in order to lessen the impact on the economy and the public confidence. Law enforcement, as it stands now, is in danger of slipping further behind the highly sophisticated criminals. The needs and challenges can only be accomplished with the cooperation of the private and public sector to manage the electronic records by having and built in the requirement of electronic record and the awareness of the regulation and laws |
