| الملخص: | There are many types of tent nowadays for example polyester, coated, nylon, and cotton canvas tents. In this study focus was on the polyester tent. Polyester fibre is known for its extensibility and easy-care properties. Besides, polyester also has excellent thermal properties that should be considered before making a fabric. The aim of this research to investigate the effect of outdoor exposure on the colour and the physical properties of coated and non-coated polyester tents. Comparison was made between the tents and it was found that the coated tent is better than non-coated tent in term of physical properties and colour fastness. |
