| 總結: | Bus terminal is one of public facilities providing by Local Authority for people. The main function of terminal bus is a connection between people to another destination. This is very important to all people as to fulfill their activity like go to work or recreation either in town or village. Nowadays, there are many terminal bus has been built to fulfill the demand of the people. It is because increase of population and lack of transportation services. Because of that some of terminal bus faced with maintenance problem for facilities and infrastructure provided such as cleanliness, comfortable and not fully functional facilities. And so of that, terminal bus needs to be maintained for public uses day by day. Furthermore, this dissertation is about study the facilities provided at bus terminal. To define the level comfort and the current condition of Bus Terminal. To identified the existing maintenance management provided at bus terminal for people and their recent management. In short, this dissertation will study on the Maintenance Management for Public Building focus on Terminal Bus and it is hoped that can come out with rationale solution and recommendation regarding the study area. |
