总结:In order to keep or gain more competitive advantage, organizations need to deliver richer business solutions, faster and at lower costs. Previously, there are a lot of technologies had been implemented in enterprise which embedding informal expertise that served specific domain with very little reuse and almost no integration capabilities. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) was introduce as a methodology or framework that used loosely couple services or software components, enabling systems to be more flexible and cost-effective. According to Schonewille et al. (2010), the primary reason why organizations fail to achieve the benefits from SOA adoption is attributed to lack of framework, taking multiple perspectives especially human, erganizational, management and process factors into account. Thus, this study aims to investigate the key factors influencing adoption of Service Oriented Architecture within private sector in Malaysia. There are three research objectives cover in this study a) to identify the key factors influence SOA adoption, b) to determine the most important factor influencing the SOA adoption and c) to construct the SOA adoption model for private sector in Malaysia. The data gathered via empirical study and analyzed using IBM SPSS and PLS graph tools in order to analyze factors and affect size. The result of this research will answer the research questions identified in Chapter 1.
