| 總結: | Knowing the expiration date is a necessary to the users. It is easily found in the food packaging but difficult found in the medicine. Moreover,expiration date of medicine can influence the patient health, such as loss some or all of their effectiveness. It is because, taking expired medicine can affect our health and body. Thus, this research has been proposed to solve that problem. In addition, mobile application is the technique in this research. User can use this application anywhere and everytime. The application has implemented barcode scanner using android mobile phone. Furthermore, using Zxing barcode is important in order to get the barcode number. The database that has been used in order to store the information of barcode is XML file. The result of using this application is able to display the barcode, name product, expiry date, some important information and recommendation of medicine. By using this application, it will make people more concern about the important of expiration date of medicine. Since this project is only a prototype,the data limited and only covered medical information in Klinik !Malaysia in Seri Iskandar. In future, this application need to widen up the area and using the internet connectivity to obtain medicine information. Hopefully, this research will give benefits to the user. |
