The main focus of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the leadership of an organization and also to examine ways of traditional dance reinstatement Horse braids to recognize by the younger generation. In this study, researchers using qualitative methods, namely by means of an interview involving several respondents. Interviews between respondents in the study was carried out at Kampung Parit Nipah, Parit Raja, Batu Pahat, Johor. Therefore, totaling in the study, found that the involvement of young people and also the effectiveness of leadership within an organization also have a positive impact on the livelihoods of Dance Arts in Johor Horse braids.
