Summary: | The phenomenon of non-acceptance of modern management methods, including emanagement services, is considered by workers from the negative phenomena, which
sufferers from most organizations, including Al-Zawia University. From this point,
the study aimed to expose the role of organizational culture to the acceptance and use
of electronic management at Al-Zawia University in Libya, and the study was
conducted on faculty staff members of the university. To achieve the objectives of the
study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, where the study
community included all staff members of the faculty of the University AL- Zawia in
Libya, a total of 450 questionnaires were distributed to faculty staff, and the number
of questionnaires valid for analysis was 297, with a response rate of 66%. The
researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (81) phrases distributed on two axes, in
addition to five expressions that measure the demographic variables, in order to
achieve the objectives of the study and analyze its hypotheses, the structural equation
models AMOS and the SPSS program were used. The theoretical model of this study
is based on the theory of organizational culture and the common theory of acceptance
and use of technology. The results of the analysis of the structural equation indicated
that elements of the organizational culture clearly influence the adoption and
acceptance of e-governance by the university. The results also indicated a statistically
significant impact (expected performance, expected effort, and social impact), and
behavioral intent, the results also shown a statistically significant impact between
temporary conditions and the actual use of electronic management, in addition to
having an effect on behavioral intent on the actual use of e-management. The study
reached several to the recommendations, the most important of which is the need to
provide infrastructure, increase financial allocations and disseminate the
organizational culture that promotes the use of e-management applications, also to
supporting and encouraging senior management of employees to use e-management. |
