Summary:The study aimed to reveal the impact of AI application on decision-making in improving the performance of human resources management at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. The model of the study included "artificial intelligence" as the independent variable, "improving the performance of human resources management" as the dependent variable, while the intermediate variable is "decision-making". The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, as well as the quantitative approach. The study tool is the questionnaire which was distributed by the researcher to the study community, as the sample of the study was selected by the comprehensive survey, as it is represented in (180) individuals of the staff of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. The researcher used (SPSS) and (AMOS). The study has reached many results, the most important of which is the presence of the impact of artificial intelligence in improving performance in the human resources management in Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, due to a lack of decision making. The results of the study also proved that there is an impact of artificial intelligence on improving performance in human resources management. As there is a lack of performance in the management of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters and its human resources department. The results also show an impact on the decision-making process, which is negatively reflected in the performance of the Human Resources Department of the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
