This research was conducted in stages. The samples include students and working women in Malacca The findings indicated that the local brands facial moisturiser are evolving and local manufacturers are taking effort to formulate product using technologically innovative ingredients and natural extract However, foreign brands have huge investment on product research and development, in comparison to competitors from local brands.Consumers buy facial moisturiser based on its ingredients regardless of differences in demographic background.
