总结:This study was conducted to identify the management discipline in school, particularly in relation to the level of management knowledge and practice of discipline among teachers in schools. In addition, this study also identified the differences between knowledge and practice management discipline among teachers by gender and type of school (secondary and primary). Disciplinary forms among students were also seen in this study and comparison was done to find out whether there is a difference between primary disciplinary offenses to secondary school. A total of 60 teachers in three Bandar Mas school clusters involved as respondents in this research and a questionnaire was used to collect research data. Questionnaires used have high reliability with Cronbach Alpha value 0.727. Data from the study were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. Results showed that the level of teacher knowledge in the management of student discipline in the school is at a high level with a mean value of 3.91, while for the standard of its mean value is 4.0. Results of t-test was used to analyze the data also showed no significant difference between the knowledge management practices and discipline among students in secondary schools and primary schoolsIn terms of p= 0.242> α 0.05 gender also showed no significant difference, p= 0.920> α 0.05. In terms of disciplinary differences, differences between secondary and primary schools of 17 offenses recorded in secondary school compared with only five errors in primary.
