description This study aims to determine the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) usage in “Institusi Majlis Agama Islam Negeri”. “Institusi Majlis Agama Islam Negeri” provides services to the Muslim community in the state. The management practices of the administration of the “Majlis Agama Islam Negeri quite encouraging and are still in need of renewal and relevant with the expansion of increasing sophisticated of ICT. Thus, this study conducted at the “Institusi Majlis Agama Islam Negeri” to identify the factors use ICT services to the public. There are factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, compatibility and efficiency affect the use of ICT in the “Majlis Agama Islam Negeri”. Data were derived from a survey and questionnaires were distributed at “Majlis Agama Islam Negeri” in Kedah and Perlis. Data obtained using questionnaire instrument involving 110 respondents. The data was analyzed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) Version 20.0 for Windows. Analysis is performed using a descriptive analysis, one way ANOVA, Independent T test, Correlation Pearson and multiple regressions was used to answer research questions and objectives. The result shows that independent variable has significant relationship with ICT usage. In addition, multiple regression test result indicates that attitude and efficiency have positive effect on usage ICT. Thus, the results of this study found that the availability of ICT can enhance productivity of management in the “Majlis Agama Islam Negeri”.
