There are 383 usable questionnaires were returned, yielding a response rate of 85.1%. Data were gathered through questionnaires and was being analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results indicated that job resources and reward were positively related to employee engagement. On the other hand, job demands were found insignificantly related to employee engagement.
