Issues in this accommodation segment which are Service Standard, Marketing Strategy, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Lack of representation, Lack of Affiliation had showed that there are a high needs of establish an association for backpacker accommodation operators. In order to ensure, the association continuously serve their member and the industry there are 9 challenges in running an association.
