總結:This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioural therapy from an Islamic perspective in raising the level of self-esteem among students of 8th, 9th and 10th grade in the Modern Arab School. The sample (30) students were selected from age 14 to 16 years old. They divided into two equal groups, experimental (15) and control (15). The experimental group subjected to a cognitive behavioural counselling program from an Islamic perspective, while the control group left without any treatment. The Study was used the Rosenberg scale of self-esteem and measuring socio-economic level of the family scale prepared by Abdel-Karim. The statistical analyses that used are T-test, Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, and the MANOVA. The finding of the study showed that the cognitive –behavioural therapy from Islamic prospective has effective role in raising self-esteem among students. However, the study found that there are no statistically significant co-relaion beween self-esteem and academic achievments and the knowledge level of family.
